A fine of three million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

On February 7, 2013, at around 19:00, the Defendant driven a ecoo vehicle B while under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.108% from the 17km section of approximately 17km to the 6-16th day of the Scoo-dong, Scoo-dong at the time of permanent stay.
