A person shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not less than two years and by imprisonment for not more than four months for a crime set forth in the judgment of the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On August 25, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for four months with prison labor for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Acts in Public Cpopulated Places) at the Incheon District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on September 2, 2017.

1. On July 31, 2017, the Defendant: (a) 2:09 around July 12, 2017, the Defendant: (b) moved the victim E (the 11 year old) who was seated in the middle-gu Incheon Southern-gu C Sastm to the flat of the victim, leading the victim to forced indecent act by going through a horse on his left side; and (c) moved the victim to the flat of the victim.

The Defendant sent the victim's her hand to his left hand, and asked the victim to see the victim's right chest with his left hand, and the victim again refused to do so, and then tried to take the victim's hand toward the Defendant's sexual flag toward the Defendant's sexual flag, but the victim's her hand rejected it, which led to the victim's buckbucks.
