The first instance court.

1. The ground for appeal by the plaintiff citing the judgment of the court of first instance is not significantly different from the argument of the court of first instance, and the fact-finding and decision of the court of first instance are justifiable even if the evidence submitted to the court of first instance was presented to this court.

The reasoning of this court is the same as that of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, it is accepted by the main text of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act

2. If so, the judgment of the court of first instance that dismissed the plaintiff's lawsuit against the defendant B and dismissed the plaintiff's claim against the defendant C is justifiable, and all the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit.
