Reasons
1. The ground for appeal by the plaintiff citing the judgment of the court of first instance is not significantly different from the argument of the court of first instance, and the fact-finding and decision of the court of first instance are justifiable even if the evidence submitted to the court of first instance was presented to this court.
The reasoning of this Court is the same as that of the judgment of the first instance, and thus, it is cited by the main text of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
(However, the decision of the court of first instance, which dismissed the plaintiff's claim against the defendant C, is justifiable, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed. The decision of the court of first instance is dismissed.
