Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person who operates a sexual traffic business establishment with the trade name "E" No. D 302, Goyang-si, Manyang-si, Ilyang-dong, Dong-dong, Dong-dong, Dong-dong, Dong-dong, and Defendant B attached a leaflet to the toilet for the building of Dong-dong, Dong-dong, Dong-dong, Dong-dong, Dong-dong, and offered a telephone reservation from the customers who reported the leaflet and arranged for the sexual traffic business establishment. The Defendants conspired to guide the customers who reported the leaflet attached by Defendant B to the above business establishment operated by Defendant A to arrange commercial traffic.

Defendant A, who found “E” as the introduction of B around March 30, 2015, provided 10,000 won to unspecified male customers, and provided guidance to room them, and had female employees, such as F and G, employed by the Defendant engage in the act of similarity by forcing them to scam the sexual organ of customers in his/her hand, and thereby allowing them to do the act of similarity.
