A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

(e).

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a victim C (57 years of age) and a person related to internal affairs.

1. On December 29, 2017, at around 14:55, the Defendant: (a) around 14:55, the Defendant: (b) was in a restaurant by a cafeteria; (c) on the grounds of the fact that the Defendant was in a horse from the victim C, the Defendant saw the victim’s head and fingers of the victim on two occasions; and (d) was in a spoke in a spoke, which is a dangerous thing, on the ground that he was in a horse from the victim C; and (c) was in a spoke in a spoke, two instances of the victim’s head and fingers; and (d) exceeded the victim’s sexual organ on the part of the dangerous thing.

3. Intrusion upon residence;

A. On December 29, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime around 16:00, and around December 29, 2017, the Defendant invaded upon the victim’s residence, such as entering the front of the 901 entrance door of the above apartment site, which is the victim’s G’s residence, in front of the 16:00 on December 29, 2017.
