A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A special intimidation: (a) around 00:0 on June 26, 2019, the Defendant: (b) stated that, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant would kill the victim D (the 59-year-old age), who is his/her spouse, in his/her hand, of a dangerous thing in the kitchen (a total length: about 32 cm, about 20 cm, and about 20 cm: about 20 cm), he/she considered the victim as his/her hand, and “I will die with what male wind is?”

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.

2. On June 26, 2019, around 01:46, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim’s escape-friendly intimidation as described in paragraph (1) on the front of the Osan City B apartment E-dong, and then, (b) led the victim to take the head of the victim’s hair, and (c) took the victim’s face several times by drinking, and (d) caused the victim’s injury, such as an open room, where treatment for about seven days is required.
