A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for twelve years.

Seized evidence of subparagraphs 1 through 7 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who, from May 2018, leased and resides in one column of a flag and a house in which the victim C (n, 61 years of age) residing in Yansan-gu B from May 2018 is located in 2.50,000 won per month.

From December 23, 2019, the Defendant had been urged by the victim to take a dispute with the demand of the victim to change the monthly rent. On December 23, 2019, the Defendant got out of the victim’s visit to resist the victim on December 25, 2019. However, the Defendant was able to kill the victim by breaking up the door without any particular answer.

The Defendant, as soon as possible, continued to visit the victim with a knife (20cm in knife length) in the kitchen of the said house and continued to visit the victim. However, on December 25, 2019, the Defendant, at around 23:50, placed the knife with a knife in the boiler room and was in possession of the knife with the knife in the said house, had the victim died. On December 25, 2019, the Defendant attached the knife with the knife in the entirety of the said house (29.75 square meters) that was in front of the victim’s visit and continued to leave the house in front of the victim’s visit while the knife is in total.

Accordingly, the defendant set fire to and burns a building in which people exist, and caused the victim's death in inhaled images due to a large quantity of inhaled smoke.
