1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. C Company C (hereinafter “C”)’s request for maritime transportation and cargo insurance contract

D) A delivery corporation of India is 9 bits of industrial machinery (hereinafter “instant cargo”) between the Japanese corporation E and around January 18, 2017.

(2) On December 2016, 2016, C concluded a cargo insurance contract between the Plaintiff and the insured with the instant cargo as the subject-matter of insurance and having D as the insured on December 8, 2016, in order to transport the instant cargo to D’s factory located in India from the port of the territory of Japan.

B. Around December 2016, the Defendant requested G, a transportation company, to transport the instant cargo at sea from the port of delivery to the port of delivery to the port of destination of Japan. On December 28, 2016, G received the details of reservation and the loading schedule from G and transferred the instant cargo to C. (2) On January 18, 2017, G issued a bill of lading upon the shipment of the instant cargo at the port of destination, and on February 15, 2017, G loaded the instant cargo at sea.

3) The freight and expenses related to maritime transport are the local partnership of G’s delivery (hereinafter “H”).

(4) The Defendant filed a claim for PATRNER FE with G around January 18, 2017, and C did not claim the amount.

C. (1) On February 16, 2017, C sent an e-mail requesting “verification” to the Defendant regarding the cost of the maritime and land transport of the instant cargo. The Defendant confirmed each of the instant transportation costs from the transportation company and sent them to C by e-mail on February 17, 2017 and on February 20, 2017. (2) On February 22, 2017, the Defendant is deemed to have received a request for the local transport of the instant cargo to C in relation to the land transport of the instant cargo.”
