Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On June 201, the Defendant: (a) reported an advertisement to sell a restaurant located in the Internet NAVD bulletin board and visited the Philippines; and (b) thought that the Defendant was guilty after paying KRW 12,40,000 to the victims of the Philippines as down payment; (c) reversed the contract; and (d) did not receive money from the victims; (d) attempted to publish an article that slanders the victims on the Internet NAV bulletin board (F).

1. On September 9, 2011, the Defendant of defamation around 03:10 on September 9, 201, at the Defendant’s residence of 101 Dong 1002, Gosung-gun G building 101 and 1002, up to September 9, 201, posted a false statement on the “E” bulletin board of the information and communications network, “5 years of age and low speed, 3.8 million won,” “180, 180, 3.80, 1.80, 1.8, 1.80, 1.8, 1.80, 1.8, 200, 3.8, 1.8, 2011, and 200, 3.80,000 won, 3.8,000 won, and 1.0,00,00 won,” and thereby, damaged the reputation of the victim by openly exposinging the false facts.

2. On September 15, 2011, the Defendant posted a notice on the “E” bulletin board, an information and communications network for the purpose of slandering the victim, stating “E” on September 15, 201, on the part of the Defendant’s residence, and thereby damaging the victim’s reputation by openly exposing false facts by revealing the victim’s reputation by revealing the fact to the public.

3. Around September 27, 2011, the Defendant insultingd the victim by putting a notice on the “E” bulletin board stating the victim’s criminal records at the victim’s residence, and openly insulting the victim by putting the victim’s criminal records.
