Punishment of the crime

A. Before Defendant I’s previous conviction, Defendant I was sentenced on April 19, 201 to imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violating the Farmland Act at the Jeju District Court on April 19, 2017, and the judgment became final and conclusive on the 27th of the same month.

B. Defendants F and E establish each of the Defendants’ criminal acts (based on the Defendants’ criminal acts) in Ulsan-gu K, Ulsan-gu, Inc. L (based on the Defendant’s fraud), P Co., Ltd. in Ulsan-gu N Co., Ltd., and Q Co., Ltd. in Ulsan-gu P., Ltd. (hereinafter “three company”). Defendant F shall have a three company representatives, Defendant E shall be in charge of three company units, and Defendant F shall have a three company group system composed of “the president, transfer director, managing director, managing director, and managing director,” and Defendant D shall introduce the said three company’s main branch offices to the above three company branch offices, provide the said three company with materials such as land purchase and sale contract, and encourage the subordinate employees to manage and sell land as the president of Q Co., Ltd., Ltd., and supervised Defendant C’s regular doping as the vice president of real estate, Defendant C shall encourage Defendant P Co., Ltd. to manage and supervise the same real estate, and Defendant D shall be in charge of Defendant G’s business guidance and supervision.
