Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On May 1, 2014, the Defendant prepared a false civil petition with respect to C at one’s house of Gyeonggi-gun B B lending 3, 402, using a computer, and filed a civil petition with the Defendant under the title “D” on the same day’s national newspaper site (http:/www.people.go.r.).
The civil petition was the content that "C, the main agent of a commercial building, changed the key to the office, and forced to lock the door by putting the key to the office, and then interfere with the business by changing the door door door to the door door at 10 o'clock in the night."
