A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 17, 2013, the Defendant, along with defamation, stated the fact that the victim F, who is the member of the EM church, was in charge of or stolen the amount of KRW 300 billion owned by the Defendant, even though he did not do so, as if he was stolen, the Defendant posted a false list of 30 billion won in the EMM at the EMD’s front of the EMD. The Defendant repeatedly posted a false list of 70 billion won in the EMM at the EM’s 11 branch and 300 billion won in the 1997, and the EMM’s 70 billion won in the EMM’s 1950,000 won in the EMM’s 1950,000 won in the EMM’s 100,000 won in the EMM’s 70,000 won in the first place.

The Defendant, in collusion with C, damaged the reputation of the victim by openly pointing out false facts, and thereby damaged the reputation of the victim by the same method as indicated in the attached list 1 from that time until May 31, 2013.

2. 정보통신망이용촉진및정보보호등에관한법률위반(명예훼손) 피고인은 2013. 4. 8.경 남양주시 N에 있는 피고인의 주거지에서, 제1항과 같이 피해자 F을 상대로 비방하는 취지의 시위하는 장면을 동영상과 사진으로 촬영한 후 피고인이 운영하는 인터넷 다음카페 ‘O’ 사이트에 'F 개ㅇㅇ목사야 M과 3000억원의 진실을 밝혀라.
