A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On August 20, 2014, the Defendant sentenced Cheongju District Court to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (Habitual Intimidation), and completed the execution of the sentence on January 9, 2016.
