Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100.

Punishment of the crime

1. A defendant who violates the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint residence intrusion) is a pastor of the D church, and E was enrolled in the F church.

The defendant, in collusion with E, sought a F church, suspended the performance of duties of G, a pastor at the place of the F church, and was willing to appoint the defendant as a temporary president.

At around 08:10 on September 10, 2015, the Defendant conspired with E to find out the F church located in N at the south of Korea, together with those in the name of H, I, J, K, K, L, and M. At the same time, the Defendant intruded with some of the people in the 200s, with the said church distribution, and “G has been suspended from performing its duties as a pastor.”

Since you were no longer a member of the church, I have become a member of the church, I have become a member of the church.

Accordingly, the defendant infringed upon the church owned by the members of the victim F church in collaboration with E, etc.

2. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in paragraph 1, sent a large banner stating the phrase “I am off, I am able to be able to be audited, I am off I am off I am off I am off I am am, I am am am off I am am. I am am am am. I am am am. I am am am. I am am. I am.

Accordingly, the defendant openly insultingd the victim.
