Punishment of the crime

【The Defendant was sentenced to four years of imprisonment for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Seoul High Court on June 12, 2014, and completed the execution of the sentence on January 16, 2017.

(1) On May 5, 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened a door that was not corrected in the underground parking lot of the above church and intruded into the distribution of wedding, and stolen it by means of opening a verification color 1,500,000 won at the market price, 150,000 won at the market price, 1,000 won at the market price, 1,000,000 won at the market price, 1,000,000 won, 1,000,000 won at the market price, 1,000,000,000 won at the market price, 5,000,000,000 won, and 5,000,000,000 won at the market price.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd on the church, which is a building managed by the injured party, and stolen the property of the total amount of 6 million won in the market price.
