1. Basic facts

A. B. Article 4 of the terms and conditions of each of the insurance clauses of this case [the definition and diagnosis confirmation of cancer] (1) The term "cancer" in this special terms and conditions refers to diseases classified as malicious life in the basic classification of the Korean Standard Classification of Disease Death (see attached Table 2).

(2) The diagnosis and confirmation of cancer must be made by a person who holds a professional doctor's license of autopsy pathology or clinical pathology, and this diagnosis shall be based on the present opinion about the organization or blood test.

3. Attached Table 3: A malicious life classification table (Article 4 of the Terms and Conditions is stated as shown in attached Table 2. However, there is no dispute between the parties in the same manner as the following). A disease classified as an malicious life as specified in the terms and conditions refers to the third revised Korean Standard Disease Classification (Enforcement Date of the Statistics Korea Notice No. 1993-3, January 1, 1995), whichever is the following:

2. Since the fourth amendment of the fire extinguishing body's malicious life C15 to C26, the Korean Standard Disease Classification has occurred in addition to the above diseases.
