The crime No. 1(b), (c) and (2) of the judgment shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for 2 months for the first crime of the judgment of the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On August 28, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten years for obstruction of performance of official duties, etc. in the Jeonju District Court's Military Mountain Branch, and the judgment became final and conclusive on September 5, 2013.

The Defendant is a person who actually owns three vessels, such as C and D, while engaged in fisheries, and manages and operates the said C Group, E is a seafarer, and F is a person who is engaged in fisheries and has three vessels, such as G, while engaged in fisheries, and manages and operates the said G Group.

1. Violation of the law of fishing vessels, such as unlawful use of air defense, unlawful use of air, use of air defense;

A. On August 6, 2013, the Defendant illegally used air units by removing two fishing vessel signs [H and fishery catch transportation business (9.77 tons)] attached to the steering house D (9.77 tons, H) of the catch shipping line in west-gun, Seocheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and on the top of the left and right corner of the vessel (9.7 tons), and attaching them to the fore and mail of I (7.93 tons, and J).

B. On August 18, 2013, from around 17:50 to September 14:30, 2013, the Defendant exercised an air defense that was unlawfully used on three occasions in total, such as the list of crimes in the attached Table, from around 17:50 to around 14:30, 2013, by allowing crew E to operate an I (7.93 tons, and J) with a fishing vessel sign attached as referred to in paragraph (a).

(c) No fishing vessel shall be used for navigation or fishing after displaying its name, etc. or concealing, altering, or removing its fishing vessel license plate;

On August 6, 2013, the Defendant: (a) removed the name “I” indicated on I (7.93 tons, J); (b) changed the name of “C” from August 6, 2013 to October 4, 2013; and (c) used I navigation through E in total on three occasions, such as in the list of crimes in attached Table E, from August 6, 2013 to October 4, 2013.

2. Abetting an offender;

A. On January 13, 2014, the Defendant committed a crime as set forth in Article 1(a) and (b), at a place where it is difficult to identify the place.
