The Defendant is a person who drives B QM5 vehicles owned by the Defendant.

On July 25, 2013, at around 02:41, the Defendant driven the above vehicle about 20 meters from the street in front of the 904-8 Oralian, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul to the street in front of the same 902-18, in a state of drinking alcohol concentration of 0.192%.
