A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On January 7, 2016, the Defendant: (a) at C’s house located in Seoyang-gu B Housing No. 204 at Yangyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, 016, the Defendant: (b) reported on 112 and prevented the Defendant, who was called to the site, to assault C; (c) the background leading up to the D District of the Goyang Police Station D; and (d) the police officer called to the site upon receiving a report; and (c) the Defendant was able to assault E and assault C; (d) Ma-gu Ma-gu Ma-gu Ma-ro Ma-ro Ma-ro Ma-ro Ma-ro Ma, and (e) Ma-gu Ma-gu Ma-ho

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers for handling 112 reported cases.

Summary of Evidence

1. Statement by the defendant in court;

1. Each police statement made to E and F;

1. Application of the photographic Acts and subordinate statutes;

1. Relevant Article 136 of the Criminal Act concerning the facts constituting an offense and Article 136 (1) of the Criminal Act concerning the selection of punishment;

Examining the method and content of the Defendant’s assaulting the police officers on duty in the grounds of sentencing under Article 62(1) of the Act on the Suspension of Execution of the Criminal Procedure (a favorable circumstance among the following grounds for sentencing), the nature of the instant crime is very bad.

However, there is no criminal record against the defendant, and there is no same kind of criminal record.

The defendant deposited 500,000 won to police officers.

In addition, all of the sentencing conditions identified in the records of this case and the trial process of this case shall be determined as per the disposition in consideration of the two sentencing conditions.
