1. The amount of real estate stated in the separate sheet shall be put to an auction and the remainder after deducting the auction cost from the price shall be attached;

The facts stated in the cause of the claim shall not be disputed between the parties, or it may be acknowledged that the whole purport of the pleadings is added to the entry in the evidence No. 1.

Thus, it is reasonable to distribute the remaining amount after deducting auction expenses from the price as the co-owned property partition of the real estate listed in the separate sheet to the plaintiff and the defendants according to the ratio stated in the separate sheet of co-ownership.
