A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

On June 25, 2019, around 15:07, the Defendant: (a) committed assault against the victim by: (b) the Defendant’s D's D's D's D's D's D's D's D's D's D's D's D's driving vehicle in front of the victim E(40 years old) driving vehicle in front of the victim’s driving vehicle; (c) the victim's driver's vehicle was set off in front of the victim's driver's vehicle; (d) the victim's driver's driver's driver's vehicle was seated in the victim's driver's seat; and (d) the victim's head debt was flicked.
