Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 30, 2016, the Defendant: (a) stated that the victim D's home located in Bocheon-gun, Chungcheongnamcheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, did not repay KRW 5 million between the victim's prior to the towing; (b) on the ground that he/she did not repay the victim's loan in his/her house; and (c) stated, "In doing so, he/she shall be subject to the imposition of tax imposed on and disposition of the amount of five million won in his/her own money in his/her own country, and he/she shall be subject to the imposition of tax imposed on and disposition of the amount of five million won in his/her own money in his/her own country; and (d) made one time a part of the victim's face to enter

In line with the body of the head, the victim was suffering from a shot-brut disease with the left hand and faced with the victim's head, and the victim was suffering from injury such as the impairment of the head's scrutality, face impairment, scrutification, scruting, etc.

2. On January 29, 2017, at the same place as before and after around 10:00, the Defendant: (a) took a bath to see that “the Defendant: (b) dumped down money, paid-in money, and flabing snow eggs,” on the same ground; (c) placed approximately 3-4 fingers away from the left side of the second hand; (d) placed the victim out of the damaged part; and (e) placed the victim out of the damaged part of the said part on several occasions, the Defendant dumpeded the victim’s flaps, and inflicted bodily injury, etc. on the part of the victim, such as the flabing wall that requires approximately 3 weeks of treatment.”
