1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. 1) The Defendant’s status as a party is the Special Act on the Development of Traditional Markets and Shopping Districts (hereinafter “ Traditional Markets Act”).

) The Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents (hereinafter referred to as the “Urban Improvement Act”);

(2) According to the reasoning of the lower judgment, the Plaintiffs were the executives of the Defendant at the general assembly of this case, and Plaintiff D, Plaintiff A, C, and C were the directors of the Plaintiff at the general assembly of this case. B. On January 18, 2018, the head of the Defendant’s association G is the 35th emergency board of directors for the following agenda reports and the purpose of the general assembly’s proposal (hereinafter “35th board of directors”) (hereinafter “the 35th board of directors”).
