Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Defendant Cooperative is a cooperative established to implement a housing reconstruction improvement project (hereinafter “instant project”) that removes the former old-age buildings located on the ground of Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D D D (C (1, 2, and 4 weeks), and newly constructs multi-family housing, etc. (hereinafter “instant rearrangement zone”). The Plaintiffs are owners of the land in the said rearrangement zone.
B. From June 14:00 on June 30, 2013, the Defendant’s general meeting of the inaugural general meeting (hereinafter “instant inaugural general meeting”) was held to determine the following matters:
