The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. The defendant is the main part of the facts charged, and the victim B (the age of 66) is a person who works for musical work at the main part of the "D" located in the Gunsan-si C.

At around 02:00 on October 8, 2018, the defendant, at the main point of the above D'D, brought a dispute with a non-natural male, and the victim prevented himself/herself from participating in the dispute, and assaulted against the victim at least five times on the floor of the loss less than the part of the victim.

2. Provisions of applicable provisions to the facts charged in judgment: Judgment dismissing the victim's expression of intention not to punish the victim on January 14, 2019, which is after the prosecution is instituted under Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act (Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act).
