The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. Around 17:00 on September 12, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed an assault against the victim’s face by drinking, and by walking the victim’s life-sustaining part. (b) Around 17:00, the Defendant used the victim’s name-sustaining part in preparation for the victim’s D (influence, 40 years of age) and life-saving preparation.
2. On August 19, 2020, after the prosecution of this case was initiated, the victim dismissed his/her wish not to punish the defendant (Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act).
