1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 23,593,702 as well as KRW 23,130,363 among them, from July 24, 2015 to the day of full payment.

The Plaintiff loaned KRW 36,50,000 to the Defendant on July 4, 2014 as the loan period of 36 months and the interest rate of arrears rate of 21.9% per annum; the Defendant lost the fixed-term interest and the Defendant remains at KRW 23,593,702 in total as of July 23, 2015 (i.e., the principal amount of KRW 23,130,363 and the interest rate of KRW 428,59 in delay interest amount of KRW 428,59) may be recognized in full view of the respective entries in the evidence Nos. 1 and 2 and the purport of the entire pleadings.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated by the rate of 29% per annum from July 24, 2015 to the date of full payment, as to KRW 23,130,363 of the principal and KRW 23,130,363 of the principal.

The plaintiff's claim is justified and accepted.
