1. The Defendant forged a private document in collusion with D, one of the delegations, declarations, and deposit receipt slips, which are private documents relating to rights and obligations, for the purpose of uttering as follows:

B. On August 29, 201, around 09:20 on August 29, 201, the Defendant entered “E” in the column of contact address “F” in the column of contact address of the Daejeon Metropolitan City Dae-gu, Daejeon Metropolitan City, with fences, in the “H” resident registration number column, and marks E’s personal seal imprint, which was stolen in advance to the name side of the name.
C. On August 29, 2011, the Defendant entered “F”, “F million won”, “E”, and “E” in the customer name column in order to withdraw money from the deposit account of the NAF at the 09:30 branch of the Seosan Agricultural Cooperative Central District. On August 29, 201, the Defendant affixed the E’s seal imprinted in advance to his name.
2. The Defendant, in collusion with D, submitted to C a forged E delegation and one copy of the report, to which C works at the head office of the Seocho Agricultural Cooperative, and used it. The Defendant submitted a forged E’s deposit payment slip to J, working at the care store of the Seosan Agricultural Cooperative. As above, he submitted one copy of the E’s deposit payment slip.
3. On August 29, 201, the Defendant, in collusion with D on August 29, 201, had a legitimate authority to withdraw money from E’s Agricultural Deposit Account by presenting a forged deposit deposit transfer slip at the NFF branch of NFFFFFFFF at NFFFFFFFFFFF in collusion with D.
