Punishment of the crime

1. Night-time theft of buildings;

A. On April 30, 2019, at around 01:00, the Defendant opened and intruded the entrance that was not set up in the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Gwangjin-gu B building, and the fourth victim C management “D store,” and subsequently, the Defendant took a theft with approximately KRW 20,000,000,000 in cash managed by the victims, who were in the Kabter, with the market value of KRW 60,000,000,000,000,000.

B. At around 01:55 on the same day, the Defendant opened and intruded a locked door in front of the reservation room for the “F” wedding hall for the 5th floor of the same building, and then stolen KRW 500,000,000,000,000, which was kept in the Kabrogate.

2. At around 03:30 on the same day, the Defendant, at a location of 1:20, deleted the entire CCTV files for about two years managed by the victim E, by operating a marina connected to the set-type for CCTV management at a location of 1:30 on the same day, charactering the “establishment” camera at the bottom of the screen, charactering the “spop-up storage space” at the center of the pop-up business, and charactering the six hard disks on the screen with the “sp format” for each hard disc of the six hard disks on the screen.

Accordingly, the Defendant destroyed the special media records such as electronic records of the victim.
