1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 43,152,50 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 11, 2016 to the date of full payment.

Claim for the payment of KRW 43,152,00 in total of the principal leased to the Defendant from February 2, 2014 to August 2016, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum as prescribed by the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the day following the delivery of a copy of the instant complaint to the day of full payment.
