1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 33,90,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from April 21, 2018 to the date of full payment.

1. The Plaintiff, from February 3, 2016 to September 29, 2016, lent a total of KRW 57,00,000 to the Defendant, and received KRW 23,10,000, out of which the Plaintiff paid a total of KRW 23,100,000. Therefore, the Plaintiff, except the remainder of the above repayment, is entitled to the remainder of KRW 33,90,000,000 and the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum as prescribed by the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the day after the delivery of the instant complaint to the day of full payment.
