A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for five years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim B (the family name, the female, the age of 49) were in the state of having notified the defendant of the judgment from March 2019 when the defendant and the victim B (the family name, the age of 49) were met with the opposite line on December 2018.

1. On March 2019, the Defendant entered the residence of the victim in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Haju, and was enrolled as the roof of the prefabricated-type building located in the prefabricated-si parking lot to which the victim did not open the door, and then opened the prefabricated-type building and invaded the victim’s residence.

2. The Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Rape, etc.) found around 23:00 on April 3, 2019 at the victim’s residence, but the victim did not open the door and reported to the police at the expense of the victim, stating that “I would make a report to the police when I am am ra. Accordingly, the victim got the defendant into his residence and divided about 20 minutes, and the victim produced the defendant out of his residence.

After leaving the residence of the victim as above, the defendant, at around 01:00 on the same day when he experienced a sense of confidence of the victim himself, entered the victim's residence toilet window by opening the victim's residence, and applied to take measures to remove the victim's toilet, and attempted to get off the victim's clothes in order to have a sexual intercourse with the victim by force. The victim resisted the victim, and tried to go off the victim's face by hand, taken several times with the victim's face by hand, taken several times with the victim's face, taken back the victim's head bond, taken the victim's head bond, taken the victim's head bond, and led the victim's head knife (No. 1) and flicked the victim's head knife in the front left side of the treatment days.
