1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 23,100,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from August 1, 2015 to the date of complete payment.

The Plaintiff, upon the Defendant’s request for landscaping facility construction, etc. in the name of “B”, supplied the Defendant with the materials, etc. equivalent to KRW 45.1 million in total (including value-added tax) up to March 21, 2015. However, the Defendant paid KRW 22 million out of the price, and the remainder of KRW 23.1 million was not paid by the parties, or recognized by the purport of the entire pleadings.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from August 1, 2015 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the delivery date of the instant payment order, to the day of full payment, as the Plaintiff seeks.

2. All of the Plaintiff’s claims are accepted.
