1. The Defendant shall pay 20 million won to the Plaintiff and 20% per annum from April 8, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

Around July 2012, the fact that the Defendant joined the e-folal club operated by the Plaintiff, but did not pay the annual fee of KRW 22 million up to now does not conflict between the parties.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from April 8, 2015 to the date of full payment after the original copy of the instant payment order was served on the defendant, as requested by the plaintiff, at the expense of the defendant, from April 8, 2015 to the date of full payment.

The plaintiff's request is accepted in full.
