The punishment of the accused shall be eight months by imprisonment.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 28, 2019, at around 10:00, the Defendant: (a) got her head in his/her hand on the ground that the Victim C (V, 35 years of age) located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun; (b) the Defendant got her head in his/her hand; (c) the Defendant got her head in his/her arms; and (d) the Defendant got her head in his/her arms; and (d) the Defendant again her head in his/her hands.
