Defendant
B A person shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive, the sentence against Defendant B shall be executed.

Punishment of the crime
The defendants of "2020 Highest 3613"
1. The Defendants’ co-offendered Defendants color the door door, which is easy to flee because of a somewhat far away from the police station’s location through Internet search, and checked around the scene, identified the subject of the crime. It is deemed that there is no hindrance to the exercise of the right of defense, and the facts charged are changed.
As a result, the defendants stolen the victim's property together.
B.
