A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months and by a fine not exceeding three hundred thousand won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Intrusion on a structure and theft;

A. A. On November 18, 2016, the Defendant committed the crime around November 18, 2016: (a) intruded into a creshed room managed by the victim C in Yongcheon-si B around November 18, 2016; and (b) 400,000 won in cash located within the bank owned by the victim E.

In addition, they stolen them.

B. On January 13, 2017, the Defendant committed a crime on or around January 13, 2017, in the H dormitory managed by the victim G in Yongcheon-si F around 16:00 on January 13, 2017, and intrudes into other parts of the cresh and 200,000 won in cash located in a wall owned by the victim.

2. Violation of the Traffic Act on roads.

A. On November 18, 2016, the Defendant, on November 18, 2016, driven J-to-land without obtaining a bicycle driver’s license from the Defendant’s residence located in Seocheon-gu, Daegu-si, Daegu-si, via D, located in Yongcheon-si B, to the Defendant’s residence, and thereafter drive J-to-land without obtaining a bicycle driver’s license from approximately 84km section from the Defendant’s residence to the Defendant’s residence.

B. On January 13, 2017, around January 13, 2017, the Defendant driven JOtoba without obtaining a motor device driver’s license within approximately 90 km section from the above Defendant’s residence to the Defendant’s residence, via H located in Yongcheon-si F. From January 16, 2017.
