[Crimes No. 1 and 2] Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] The Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a year and June 17, 2017 with prison labor for general buildings and fire prevention in the Changwon District Court Msan Branch on June 9, 2017 and is currently under probation after the judgment became final and conclusive on June 17, 2017.

[Criminal facts] The Defendant was with a mental disability of Grade III, and the victim C (24) was first met on the day of the instant case.

1. On February 6, 2017, at around 05:40, the Defendant was forced to commit an indecent act on the part of the head of the “E cafeteria” parking place located in Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si, who was in front of the head of the “E cafeteria” parking place. Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim.

2. 폭행 피고인은 전항과 같은 일시 및 장소에서, 전항과 같이 강제 추행 피해를 당한 피해자 C로부터 “ 경찰서 가자” 는 말을 듣고 피해자에게 “ 쌍놈! 야 이 개새끼야! 그래 경찰서 가자” 고 욕설을 하며 피해자의 뺨을 1회 때렸다.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim.

3. On September 22, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 00:50 on September 22, 2017, at the victim G’s residence in Sacheon-si F. F. F. A. 404; (b) entered the victim’s residence; (c) entered the victim’s residence; and (d) made use of the gap in the toilet, the Defendant used the gap in the victim’s location, with one cell phone when the victim’s market price on the new site is at least one million won, the victim’s ownership on the new site is at least 1 million won; (d) one cell line; (e) one vehicle key; (e) one vehicle driver’s license; (e) one copy; (f) the NH cash Card; (f) one modern credit card; (f) one company entry certificate; and (f) 10 boxes.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.
