1. The Defendants: (a) KRW 55,00,000 for each of the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from July 1, 2011 to September 6, 201; and (b).

1. The following facts may be found either in dispute between the parties or in full view of Gap evidence 1, 2, 4-1, 2, 5, 6-1, 2, 6-1, 2-2, 2-2, 2-1, 2-1, 2, 3, and 5-2, witness D's testimony, and the whole purport of the arguments as a result of the examination conducted by the defendant B.

On December 31, 2009, the Plaintiff sold F AUDI A6.4 automobiles (2006 formula; hereinafter “instant automobiles”) to Defendant B as a broker of E, and prepared a certificate of transfer (Evidence B) on December 31, 2009 to sell the instant automobiles to Defendant B at KRW 10,000,000.

B. The Plaintiff delivered the instant vehicle to Defendant B, and completed the transfer of ownership on January 5, 2010 on the said automobiles.

C. On April 201, the Defendants paid KRW 70,000,000 to the Plaintiff as the purchase price, etc. of the instant motor vehicle by June 30, 2011, and Defendant C prepared a letter (Evidence A2, No. 3) stating that the said obligation is guaranteed.

2. The parties' assertion

A. Plaintiff’s assertion 1) The Plaintiff sold KRW 65,00,000 to Defendant B. The Plaintiff leased KRW 5,00,000 to Defendant B at the cost of registration of transfer of ownership on the instant automobile around December 31, 2009, and Defendant C guaranteed the above obligation on April 201. The Plaintiff received KRW 15,00,000 from Defendant B. Thus, the Defendants are liable to pay each of the Plaintiff KRW 65,00,000 for the instant automobile amounting to KRW 65,00,000 for the instant automobile amounting to KRW 65,00,000 for each of the instant automobiles amounting to KRW 65,00 for the instant automobile amounting to KRW 15,00 for repayment amounting to KRW 15,00,000 for the instant automobile amounting to KRW 10,000 for the instant automobile amounting to KRW 300,00 for each of the instant automobile amounting to KRW 3000,000.
