1. The Defendant’s KRW 40,800,000 among the Plaintiff and KRW 17,600,000 among the Plaintiff, shall be KRW 13,200,000 from February 24, 2017.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On February 24, 2017, the Plaintiff concluded a contract under the following terms (hereinafter referred to as “instant contract”) with the Defendant, which was made by the Defendant for a C fishing system (hereinafter referred to as “instant fishing system”) that can be used even if it is not connected with the Internet.

Article 1 Purpose of Contract
