A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On October 22, 2010, the Defendant received a summary order of a fine of KRW 500,000 as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Gwangju District Court's Maritime Branch on October 22, 2010. On June 22, 2012, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 2 million as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Gwangju District Court's Support for Expansion of the District Court on June 22, 201. On July 21, 2014, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 6 million as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) and received a summary order of KRW 6 million from the Gwangju District Court's Macheon Branch Branch on July 21,

At around 21:50 on April 20, 2015, the Defendant: (a) driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol of 0.119% without obtaining a driver’s license; (b) was negligent in the course of driving the vehicle while driving the vehicle while by neglecting the duty of Jeonnam-ri nautical miles in the direction of the nautical miles of the west-do in the west-west-do; (c) was negligent in the course of driving the vehicle by neglecting the duty of Jeonnam-do in the direction of the nautical miles; (d) was driven by the victim C (n, 36 years old) who was signaled to enter the above private-distance intersection in the direction of the Defendant’s course; and (d) was driving the vehicle under the influence of the Defendant’s driver’s license for approximately 2 weeks in the front part of the driver’s vehicle; and (d) did not cause any damage to the victim’s vehicle under the influence of around KRW 388,000 and did not cause any damage to the victim.
