A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the defendant's wife, B and C, and C are the defendant's wife.

The Defendant conspiredd to acquire insurance proceeds from an insurance company by intentionally causing a traffic accident against vehicles violating the laws and regulations of B, C, or C, or by falsely reporting that they suffered an injury even though they were a minor traffic accident.

On March 1, 2017, the Defendant conspired with B, and around 19:20, on the road located in Suwon-gu, Busan, U.S., B, on the top of the Fluscar car, and the Defendant, while driving the said car, received intentionally the HM5 car of G operation changing the vehicle while driving the said car, and reported it falsely to the victim I company as if it was a traffic accident, thereby receiving KRW 5,969,800 in total from March 3, 2017 to April 25, 2017 from the damage company as insurance money.

In addition, the Defendant, in collusion with B or C, filed a false report at least 11 times in total from March 3, 2017 to November 1, 2018, to the effect that the Defendant suffered bodily injury due to a traffic accident that occurred in the event of the occurrence of a traffic accident or the occurrence of an injury due to a traffic accident by intentionally filing a false report, such as the list of crimes in the attached Table, thereby obtaining KRW 43,424,643 as insurance money from the victimized company.
