Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2016 Highest 539"- Defendant A
1. On November 25, 2015, Defendant A confirmed that there was no room for the victim F’s house located above the Defendant’s residence in Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, 202 around 13:0, and invaded into the house through an unrecepted supplementary note, and the victim F’s market price on the inner bank and the room was equivalent to KRW 1,00,000, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 20,000, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 20,000, and KRW 22,000,000, and KRW 60,000, the market price of which is at least KRW 90,000, KRW 60,000, respectively.
Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the residence of the victim, and stolen the property owned by the victim.
2. On December 11, 2015, Defendant A confirmed that there is no way in the house of the injured party G, the upper floor of the Defendant’s residence located in Daegu-dong-gu, Daegu-gu, 201 on December 11, 2015, Defendant A, at night, was involved in the theft of residence, and the key of the front door in which the injured party is included in the new launching;

Defendants need to keep their surroundings and check the number as the key to the clothes of the victim, and then opened the door to the victim.
