Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal record] On August 28, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Seoul Southern District Court on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes and completed the execution of the sentence on November 20, 2014.
[Criminal facts]
1. At around 11:20 on July 16, 2017, the Defendant: (a) stolen, respectively, the Defendant: (b) at the vicinity of the entrance of the third floor of the Incheon International Airport No. 11:20, the third floor of the Incheon International Airport No. 1956,00 UN (U.S. 9,585,142 won); (c) cash 750,000 won; and (d) the market price in an influorous space of the market; and (c) 200,000 won at the market price of the 50,000 won at the securities card.
2. At around 08:50 on July 28, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed theft using a gap in which the surveillance of the damaged party’s 2,80,000 won was neglected in the market price of 7 mobile phones, which is equivalent to KRW 3,754,947 UN (which is equivalent to KRW 38,00,000), and KRW 70,000,000 in the market price of 1 mobile phones, located in the vicinity of the entrance No. 7 of the above airport No. 3rd floor; and (b) the Defendant took advantage of such gap in the surveillance of the damaged party.
3. Around July 29, 2017: (a) around 07:42, at the vicinity of the entrance No. 7 of the above airport No. 1 floor, the victim E was at the top of the entrance No. 7 of the above airport, and the victim E was at least KRW 17,000 (at the rate of KRW 580,000), the market price of which is at least KRW 150,000 (at the rate of KRW 1,125,00,000). At the same time, the victim E was at the top of the entrance No. 1 floor No. 7 of the above airport; (b) one mobile phone carrying at the market price of KRW 7,125,00,000, the market price of which is at least KRW 4 50,000,000, 300,000 of the market price using a driver’s license, such as a bank camera card, and a driver’s license at the market price of KRW 10.
