Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On February 15, 2016, the Defendant received a separate notice from the victim C (Woo, 39 years of age) that he/she was dead for about 10 years from around 2016, and received a separate notice from the victim C (Woo) that he/she would be “Honer,” and the Defendant taken screen pictures that would have knife his/her knife his/her knife while refusing to do so on March 15, 2016, and received the victim’s cell phone transmission to the victim’s cell phone.

1. On April 20, 2016, at around 22:20, the Defendant: (a) was informed of the victim’s house located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S. D by the victim; (b) was waiting for the victim who was suffering from the victim; (c) confirmed the victim who had arrived at the front of the house by driving the A-to-face lur vehicle; (d) made the victim move the victim to the head of the group while driving the said vehicle with the driver’s seat of the said vehicle “a defect” while moving the victim into the victim’s seat; and (e) was driving the said vehicle directly.

At around 22:40 on the same day, the Defendant driven the said car from the victim’s house to the point from the end of the F flag in Ulsan-gu E, Ulsan-gu to the point of view, and even when he received a demand from the victim, the Defendant driven approximately 9 kilometers on the same day so that the victim may not get off the vehicle from approximately 20 minutes.

Accordingly, the defendant detained the victim.

2. On April 20, 2016, the Defendant of special intimidation, on the ground that on the shore of the above F F F F F F F on the following day, the Defendant went along another male, and, on the ground that the Defendant, “the knife” was a dangerous object prepared in advance, thrown away the knife (25cm in total length, 10cm in length on the knife) and killed the victim.
