Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 17:00 on July 13, 2013, the Defendant, at the frequency of “D” managed by the victim C in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, acted as if the Defendant were to pay the victim the amount of alcohol and the alcohol.

However, there was no intention or ability to pay the price from the beginning.
