A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On June 29, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes by the Daegu District Court on one year and six months, and on November 15, 2013, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence on December 20, 2014, by having been sentenced to imprisonment for the same crime in the same court.
[2015 Highest 1137] On February 28, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 00:38, the victim D operated by the victim D in Daegu Suwon-gu Suwon-gu; (b) made a gap between the corrected steel fence by moving the fence back to both sides; and (c) intruded into the fence; and (d) took four alzinum wheelchairss equivalent to the total market price owned by the victim.

1. On June 6, 2015, around 01:32, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by carrying the two MFW wheel chairs in the Daegu Suwon-gu and the J-maintenance shop operated by the victim I; (b) one b&W wheel chairs in the market price of the victim’s ownership at that place; and (c) one benz in the ria, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 50,000,000.
2. On June 9, 2015, at the same place as the preceding paragraph, the Defendant: (a) stolen, using the same method as the preceding paragraph, 2 BMW aluminium chairss with a market price of at least KRW 600,000; and (b) 9 iron poles with a market price of at least KRW 450,000,00.
[2015 Highest 3696] On August 8, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of the amount equivalent to KRW 25,000 in the market price of 5,000, which was kept in storage in a warehouse, of the victim’s cafeteria operated by Daegu Suwon-gu K; and (b) caused the theft of the amount of KRW 25,00 in the market price of 5,00.
[2015 Highest 3982] The Defendant, at around 02:37 August 14, 2015, excluded the victim P(46 years of age) from the O parking lot located in Daegu Suwon-gu N.
