Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On April 28, 2013, at around 21:10, the Defendant: (a) sent a sloping C and Posman D, who was patroled in front of Sungnam-si, A, and (b) sent D with D, “I am aboard the house because I am out of the house,” and (c) sent D, “I am out of the taxi at the time of using other means of transportation while on duty, I am out of the taxi at the time of using other means of transportation,” and (d) sent D, “n am out of the taxi. I am out of the bar. I am back with D’s face that was listed on the patrol boat, and D am out of flasing, who had been on the patrol boat, attempted to try to stop this.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning patrol of police officers.
