Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Since January 7, 2011, a non-registered credit service provider: (a) conspired with D to borrow KRW 3 million and receive the loan amount from B; (b) assuming that C’s husband E house was leased to the Defendant; and (c) obtain a loan from the bank as a deposit money; and (d) as if the Defendant leased F apartment 108 Dong 1405 in the name of husband E, the Defendant reported the loan advertisement for living information site; (b) falsely prepares a real estate lease contract as if he leased C’s F apartment 108 Dong 1405 in the name of husband E; and (c) from January 7, 2011 to May, 201, the Defendant paid the income tax of KRW 172,800 on the “H’s income tax” under the above H’s name, with the payment of KRW 172,800,000,000.

In addition, the Defendant: (a) obtained a withholding certificate, etc. on income tax on the above lease contract and Class A employment income from D and B; (b) filed an application for a loan for the entire loan to an employee in charge of the loan from the victim company bank Kim Jong-hae branch; and (c) under the actual inspection for the examination of the loan of the above branch, C pretended to lease the above house to the Defendant as if it were leased; (b) ultimately, on June 22, 2011, the documents for the loan application prepared and submitted in falsity were deposited in the account in the name of husband E in the name of her husband E for the loan for the entire loan from the victim company Kim Jong-

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with D, B, and C, obtained a loan of KRW 42 million from the victim for the purpose of a loan for the entire tax as above, and acquired it by fraud.
